Sitting atop the tallest hill in the area, is this bungalow. The stepped form and the concept of this humble abode was directly inspired from the contoured landscape of Alibaug. Divided in layers, each level of the bungalow consists of a certain activity. The ground floor consists of the service area, parking garage and an entrance from the winding driveway. The first floor houses the swimming pool and the gaming activity area. This level also contains the natural water fountain which is a rainwater reservoir. The topmost floor is where all the bedrooms are situated. All the bedrooms open to the landscape on one side and the sea view on the other. Large decks provide a brilliant view of the seascape. A central atrium cuts through all these levels and opens to the sky, bringing natural light right down till the ground floor.
