CIPLA MUSEUM AND DINING FACILITY

Indore

The Cipla Museum and Dining Pavillion at Pithampur, India will be one of the most advanced museums in the world. The use of Artificial intelligence integrated with a modern take on traditional Indian architecture makes it a truly unique experience. Situated at the Cipla compound near Indore, the site truly highlights Cipla’s contributions to medical science and practice, preserving its historical and cultural heritage. Situated on a land area of 14500 sq. mts. Our design consists of a Dining block along with training centers and meeting rooms and a separate block for a Museum highlighting Cipla’s history and contribution to mankind with a total construction area of 800 sq.mts The site was rich with trees, and the building’s form was meticulously designed to preserve the majority of them. We prioritized integrating the structure harmoniously with the natural environment by creating two separate structures with an open courtyard connecting them symbolizing the building’s bond with nature. This ensures that the landscape’s existing greenery is maintained to the greatest extent possible. This thoughtful approach not only enhances the aesthetic appeal but also promotes sustainability and environmental stewardship. The design approach focuses on a human-centric experience and embraces the use of traditional Indian architectural elements with a whole dose of modernity. The clients required us to design a modern building but we wanted to give it a traditional touch. This is highlighted by the arches of the building giving homage to the traditional Indian arch and the use of locally sourced materials like lime plaster, made from limestone, one of the highest locally manufactured materials. The use of glass makes the structure timeless and gives it a sense of openness and connectedness to nature highlighting one of our main themes. MUSEUM Our museum seamlessly integrates Artificial Intelligence to captivate visitors of all ages. Interactive displays engage the young, fostering curiosity for medicine, while providing clear, concise explanations tailored to the older generations, combating misinformation. Displayed content is accessible on multilingual screens, allowing visitors to select their preferred language for a truly inclusive experience. Through AI-driven personalization, each visitor’s journey is uniquely enriched, ensuring engagement and education for all.
