FORM CONCEPT: Representing the building usage (RECTANGLE GLASS BOX AND MINARET) MINARET: Muralled Pillar on inspiration of Minaret and to announce, advertise and locate the fire station. RECTANGLE GLASS BOX: Solid rectangle glass box represents the functional commercial space and its contemporary simplicity. (CAFE & GYM) SEMI BASEMENT FLOOR PLAN: The floor is dedicated for firefighting and only authorized access. Spaces allocated (04 Fire fighting vehicle Parking, Operation room , Officers room, lounge, Multipurpose, prayer, lounge and Firefighters accommodation. RAISED GROUND FLOOR: The floor can be accessed by public and Firefighting personals. Spaces host 2 cafe, gymnasium, open plaza for outdoor dining and 19 visitors parking. The Commercial spaces generate the income that, significantly improves financial independency from the Dubai government while not comprising, the hyper efficient response required for emergency requirements.
