The assembly structure within the diamond factory has been carefully crafted to optimize productivity. The factory has been organized to facilitate the seamless flow of materials and employees, doubling the productivity. A striking feature of this diamond factory is its cantilever structure, spanning 40' × 72'. This design element creates an expansive interior space and offers a panoramic view of the nearby lake and its picturesque surroundings. The incorporation of the cantilever structure adds a touch of architectural grandeur while providing a tranquil and inspiring work environment for the factory's employees. The diamond factory's elevation draws inspiration from the exquisite beauty of diamonds. The facade showcases intricate patterns and geometries reminiscent of the brilliance associated with these gemstones. The form of the building is able to reduce energy-consumption by an 18% compared to traditional diamond-factories. During the construction the waste generated was further sorted & harmful waste was safely disposed. The usable waste was recycled by using it inside the base of the pavement throughout the premises. Additionally, the factory incorporates a greywater harvesting system that collects and treats water from various sources within the facility. This treated water is then utilized in the air conditioning system, reducing the demand for freshwater resources. This helps us mitigate environmental issues of the building. To further enhance its sustainability profile, the diamond factory has installed a 1MW solar power system. This clean energy source generates 680kW of electricity, catering to all of factory's power requirements as well as giving power back to the grid. The integration of solar power not only reduces carbon emissions but also establishes the factory as a testament to redefining a diamond factory. This factory's design includes urban farming. The rooftop spaces have been transformed into lush green areas where vegetables and herbs are cultivated.
