FINTECH I & II

Beijing

FINTECH I: Nobody rented this work space before it was redesigned. One of the reasons for this is that the space is underground. Creating a good space might be a way to deal with it in this Financial Tech company building. Financial Tech's goal is to eliminate the lack of new technology in financial companies. Firstly, how can the beauty of new technology design be shown to distinguish the space from traditional company work spaces? Secondly, how can employees in this industry, who generally, work extremely long hours be made to feel comfortable and at ease? Following the completion of the project the space was rented out at a premium rate despite the Coronavirus pandemic. An entrepreneur who is also a computer scientist visited the building and loved the work space immediately after his first glance at the office. One of reasons could be that the spiral staircases highlight the new aesthetic of the digital era; He decided to rent the whole space in spite of the pandemic. FINTECH II: After the success of Fintech I, the owner decided to invest in Fintech II despite the uncertainty of the period. Cost saving in the pandemic is a major theme in Beijing. The average area of working space per person is 12 square meters, but for an employee working in Fintech II,it is only 6.6 square meters. Furthermore, the design of the space helps staff to cope with stress and they are encouraged by the environment and installations.
