This building represents a dedication and love from children to their elderly parents. “Senior Club” was created to fulfill their needs, a place where elders and their peers can spend all day together. Apart from the Senior Club building, there are other supporting building functions, such as for Office, Education center, Co-Working space, Retail F&B, Co-Living, Cinema, and Ballroom. This building is located on Jalan Pluit Raya, North Jakarta, exactly behind the Pluit Hospital. With a total area of 8000 m2, this area is divided into 3 zoning, the first zoning is the Senior Club, the second zoning is the Office building, co-living, co-working, and education center, and the third zoning is Retail F&B, Cinema, and Ballroom. The design concept for the 4-storey Senior Club Building is Tropical Modern. We use marble and natural stone on the façade to enhance its luxurious looks. The design concept for the 12-storey Office and Co-Living building is modern. We explore the mass for this building to have an irregular façade depth and lots of garden openings so that the building can "breathe". The third design concept for Retail and Cinema buildings is made so that it is not too cold because of its function as a cinema and there is a ballroom above, so that the facade uses perforated panels and exposed bricks at the bottom of the building so that it blends with the office building next to it.
