The campus is spread over 23.8 Acres land parcel in MIDC PHASE -3 Hinjewadi, Pune, Campus located at close proximity to Mumbai-Pune Bypass. This campus would house 15000 IT Professional in office spaces and will have support facilities like Training Center, Food courts, Sports complex and Recreation Facilities. Phase I comprising of a Software development block with a build up area of 210,000 sft With a central landscaped court. The Phase 1 is built with concept of ‘Campus inside a Campus’ which makes each phase self resilient and independent from the rest of the campus, with sky bridges at 2nd& 3rd floors. The Campus Entrance, Realm of the Campus comprising of the Gateway, Security Check, with a Lush Landscape with elements, maneuver to Entrance drop off of the software block and parking lots. The design of the central landscaped court of Phase I evolved over time as a result of intensive dialogue with the end users. The basic theme of natural setting for the campus is highlighted by the free flow of the buildings using cascading level differences. Hexaware campus would be designed for LEED PLATINUM Certification and will cater to sustainable environment. Unobstructed floor plates that segregate core areas to maintain seamless facades, that Thru careful orientation provide max energy efficiency.
