iFLYTEK AI Headquarters Campus

The iFLYTEK AI Headquarters Campus is an exemplary model of twenty-first-century campus design, uniting corporate innovation with public amenity in the heart of Hefei’s High-Tech Zone. Conceived as both a global research hub and a civic landmark, the 200-mu site unfolds as a continuous urban park (Park X) that seamlessly weaves through four formerly fragmented parcels. Beneath its green canopy, a flexible, campus-style workplace (Campus X) draws on academic traditions—central axes, courtyards, and open pavilions—to foster creativity, serendipitous encounters, and interdisciplinary collaboration. Structurally, the project employs a steel‐and‐concrete composite frame: steel trusses define expansive, column-free atriums, while robust concrete cores ensure stability and longevity. The façade combines silver-gray anodized aluminum panels, energy-saving Low-E glazing, and vibrant colored ceramic-glaze glass, each building bearing a unique hue that animates the park’s perimeter. Over 4,000 m² of building-integrated photovoltaics (BIPV) merge form with function on the rooftop, generating renewable energy and boldly displaying the company’s logo as a beacon of its AI leadership. More than a workplace, the headquarters offers open terraces, exhibition halls, and public plazas—low-barrier spaces that invite local residents to engage with cutting-edge technologies. By blending visionary architecture, ecological stewardship, and social openness, the iFLYTEK AI Headquarters establishes a new paradigm for corporate campuses, one where innovation, community, and the environment thrive together.
