Infinitum Residential in Costa Daurada

The Infinitum homes located on the Costa Dorada are designed to blend into the Mediterranean landscape, adapting to the existing topography and seeking the best orientation to favour the energy efficiency of the building and its views. It is an exclusive complex of high-quality homes designed with the landscape, efficiency, and sustainability in mind. The developer Mediterránea Beach & Golf Community SA entrusted Batlleiroig with the comprehensive management and development of a residential complex on its plots of land in Vila-seca-Salou. A comprehensive project involving the design of 150 homes and the development and landscaping of the Infinitum Residential Community, part of the Infinitum Private Resort, which includes residential and hotel use, 3 golf courses, a Beach Club with several swimming pools and a wide range of gastronomic options. The complex has been designed with the surrounding landscape in mind and is based on sustainability values such as energy efficiency and biodiversity. The homes are located in the midst of a privileged pine forest facing the sea and have been designed to integrate the project into the landscape. The surface area of the area of action is 80,785 m², within which a total of 31,605 m² of housing and car parks will be built and 75,015 m² of outdoor spaces will be developed. Through the promotion of pine trees and Mediterranean shrubs and the implementation of community gardens, the revitalization of the existing forests is promoted. All the dwellings have been designed to be terraced in such a way that they have little impact on the landscape and have quality views. The buildings are set in the landscape and their ground floors relate to the pine forest and the surroundings. The buildings and development are designed with warm colours and harmonious materials such as ceramics. The project composes a homogeneous landscape from unitary solutions with a diverse materiality, obtaining an atmosphere of Mediterranean life integrated into the environment. The multi-family dwellings form several communities with their own swimming pool and another on the seafront with exclusive swimming pools. The complex has exclusive community services. Each community of buildings offers different types of 2-, 3- and 4-bedroom homes with gardens on the ground floor or large terraces in their penthouses, thus offering a personalized solution for each user. The interiors of the homes are spacious, bright and of high quality, placing special emphasis on the relationship with the exterior and orienting their most noble rooms to the best views. For all these reasons, the Infinitum residential complex has obtained the BREEAM sustainability certificate with the Very Good category, placing it among the only 10 developments with this category in Catalonia and 50 in the whole of Spain, at the time the works were completed.
