Minsheng Wharf Regeneration and Masterplanning

In the process of urban renewal, the world-class industrial heritage suspension Park links the historical and cultural sites, urban greening and transportation, residential areas, office, supporting services, cultural education and other urban nodes, weaving a three-dimensional and open complex. Within Vanke Minsheng Wharf Regeneration and Masterplanning, the historical culture and urban texture are continued, the riverside charm is transmitted by open community and sky garden, and various crowd activities are organically integrated to help the sustainable development of the commercial environment. The project connects with the riverside through the continuous landscape in the deep direction of the site, puts in multiple formats, creates a diversified community, forms an open block, highly combines multiple formats with urban functions, and leads the upgrading of regional consumption. While retaining the industrial buildings, the functional space should be replaced, and the old and the new should be interwoven. Take Minsheng Road as the commercial axis, gather commercial resources, and build a landmark wharf Art Square at the end of the axis. The new residential area uses radial layout to form a sight corridor. Through the high-speed line park to connect the space nodes of the group, it creates a leisure ecological green corridor to form an organic whole.
