Nanjing Merchants Bright Jingyuan Demonstration Zone

The design concept for the display center is "Observing Prosperity and Metropolitan Resort," aiming to redefine the contemporary definition of a luxury home as a minimalist, comfortable urban experience. The project addresses the challenge of creating a high-end living space in an area with a monotonous urban interface and limited natural resources by focusing on four dimensions: spatial strategy, style strategy, cultural heritage strategy, and construction strategy. Spatial Strategy: The design creates an open urban interface with a street corner garden, water feature entrance, and an open plaza. The back area features a shaded shared garden, maximizing the display interface and enhancing the vitality of urban interaction spaces. Style Strategy: The facade adopts a modern and elegant style with an extreme emphasis on the golden ratio of form and modular facade units, creating a timeless and prestigious look. Cultural Heritage Strategy: The design pays tribute to the traditional Jinling gold leaf forging technique, a national intangible cultural heritage. The architectural facade incorporates patterns inspired by the bamboo knives used in gold leaf forging, translated into modern design elements like grilles and metal mesh curtains. Construction Strategy: The project uses high-quality materials such as champagne gold/silver aluminum panels, beige stone, and curved ultra-clear glass. Attention to detail and strict construction control ensure the design's vision is accurately realized. The display center covers an area of 5,300 square meters with a building area of 860 square meters. It serves as a showcase for a new urban residential community, blending modern design with cultural heritage to create a high-end living experience.
