Nhuan Trach Industrial Park Administration Office

Nhuan Trach Industrial Park Administration Office project is developed in response to growing environmental challenges. Situated within a dense industrial zone, the building is exposed to rising temperatures, air pollution, and the increasing impacts of climate change—including prolonged heatwaves, floods, and droughts. In summer, temperatures can soar above 104°F( 40°C), making the demand for a cool, sustainable working environment more urgent than ever. In this context, the project is envisioned as a green office model—integrating passive design strategies and environmentally friendly technologies to reduce carbon emissions and preserve the natural ecosystem. A key feature is the combination of wind towers and water elements. The central regulating pond helps cool the surrounding environment while also serving as a natural airflow collector, supporting passive ventilation throughout the office complex. Wind towers are strategically placed to capture and circulate cool breezes into the building. In parallel, rainwater is collected and channeled into the regulating pond, then reused for irrigation, helping to maintain the landscape ecosystem. Solar panels installed on the roof harness solar energy to provide clean electricity and minimize reliance on conventional power sources. The landscape is planted predominantly with native species—well-suited to the local climate, low-maintenance, and beneficial for ecological balance. As a result, the building serves not only as an efficient workplace but also as a “green lung for the industrial cluster”—promoting a nature-connected working environment and offering a replicable model for future sustainable developments.
