It’s small and structurally limited. But, such limitations inspired us so that we broke the limits of space. First, we kicked over the traces and gave up the usual large layout of a sales center for club layout. In addition to the usual functions of a sales center, we tried to enhance its sense of experience to an exquisite club. Then, limited by space, we only designed a few indoor views, but we employed multi dimensional crossing of spatial moving lines and lines of sight so that views at the crosses may be appreciated from different perspectives, presenting an effect of one scene from three perspectives. Finally, the real long corridor is designed with special spatial rhythm and sequence. The central axis from the reception through the art hall, sand table and negotiation area to the tearoom forms another parallel virtual corridor as a moving line of scene. It expands the spatial depth in both virtual and real sense, which makes up the disadvantage of small area. In the tearoom design, we make a skillful integration of tea ceremony and multimedia arts. We cooperate with artists in producing Songs of Sea and Poems of Tea and other videos in an original way that free audiences from shackles of imagination.
