Flexibility of interior spaces that suit the multi religious setting, changing generational aspirations of interior styles. 2-Sky deck: The sky terrace garden is a 21st century innovation connected to overall wellbeing. A sky deck is created in two levels, on the 48th floor, meticulously treated in landscape to present a setting of a sky forest. All the three levels are connected at this level with connecting bridges that unifies the decks on the three towers into one single sky deck. The sky deck is envisaged as an “Urban oasis” that gives a respite in the densely developing built environment. Spread in about 1,00,000sft. of area, this sky deck has a modulated form of curves as opposed to the rectilinear form of the built mass, with an edge walkway on the periphery offering inward view of the activity and outward view of the urban sprawl. Skydeck forest is composed if cosy social decks, party zones, star gazing areas, fitness zones etc. 3-Optimization in Structural Design – Structural Design has been optimized to save at least 5-10% of steel and concrete when compared to regular conventional construction methodologies. 4-Certified Green Products – Construction Materials and products are ensured to be certified either by IGBC or IGBC recognized 3rd party agency as sustainable in content as well as manufacturing. 5-Local materials – All major construction materials are being procured locally, within 400km from the site. Eco-Friendly Wood Based Materials – Instead of virgin wood, engineered wood is proposed to be used in the project. Wherever natural wood is required, it is being ensured that it is certified by Forest Stewardship Council (FSC). 6-Alternative Construction Materials – Instead on using natural stone to achieve the proposed look and feel, majority of the locations are being clad with GRC/ GRP panels mimicking the finish of the proposed stone. 7-Organic Waste Treatment Post Occupancy – An organic Waste Converter is proposed in the premises to treat and convert the organic waste generated into manure for the landscaping on site. 8-Prevention of Soil Erosion – Water is sprinkled on site on a daily basis to avoid soil erosion.
