The proposed building mass is shaped according to the site boundaries and creates a "canopy structure" that relates to its environment, to the program. it was planned according to the principles of the environment and energy saving. The structure refers its design to the existing garden and paths, is influenced by them and produces an organic and natural urban environment of culture and leisure activity. The building directs and leads the pedestrian in a unique ceremony "under the shelter of his roof", into the world of Hebrew language, an ‘open invitation’. This idea also affects the interior design on all its levels, including the roof. the ‘lanterna’ is a vertical sequence of Round spaces, starts with the plenum hall, origins museum that observes the hall, the library and the roof garden of activity with the interactive amphitheater in its center, an object seen from all around.
