Vanke Zhangxinhu Yuanshe

Zhangxinhu Yuanshe is located on the bank of Palm Lake in Anting, Shanghai. It takes the trend of a peninsula and is surrounded by the lake on three sides. It is on the bank of a 110,000-square-meter native lake. The building is based on the lake view and sunlight, and grows along the 3,000-meter lake shoreline. Into the middle of the lake. In the design of the Palm Lake project, LSD interior design consciously searched for a design language that is different from the traditional interior space's decorative interface and visual aesthetic expression-based on the overall space design strategy, and incorporated emotional expression into it. This promotes the exploration and presentation of the design in terms of spatial sequence, texture, material, light and shadow. The first floor of the building is used as a social and interactive space, and the design is based on outdoor landscape resources. Each independent space has reserved openings that can be opened to enter the courtyard at any time. According to the specific characteristics of functions and usage scenarios, the designer divides the space in a flexible but rigorous order, and then arranges it reasonably according to this order, so that each functional room has an independent internal and external environment, overflowing from the comfortable interior layer by layer, until real nature. The open space layout almost eliminates the boundary between the outdoor courtyard and the dining room. The use of interior materials continues the natural sense of originality, not so white white walls, tiny piled cotton and linen, and the subtle textures on the wood that can only be seen when you get close.
