It is no accident, then, that Gaia is the name chosen to represent the first villa in a new series of high-end, carbon-neutral residences designed to offer the pinnacle of sustainable luxury while harmonizing with its natural surroundings. Encompassing 600m², Gaia is nestled within a lush beachfront site, its design inspired by the Fibonacci Sequence. This mathematical relation, seen in seashells, sunflowers, whirlpools, and galaxies, is expressed in Gaia’s Nautilus-like envelope, reflecting a recurring spiral that mirrors natural growth patterns and the Golden Ratio.
