In order to make full use of the urban land and realize the future planning and development plan of Radio and Television Group; We create Spaces that go beyond simple functional arrangements. Seeking harmony and uniqueness, we wanted to build an intensive cultural and art complex here that would become a highlight of the area. As the original intention of the design, the sense of rationality and order is intended to create a logical and reasonable and efficient overall atmosphere, improve the efficiency of land use, and flexibly and reasonably organize traffic routes to take into account the surrounding environment. The building of the theater and the complex of commercial combination fully consider the diversity of the future cultural and commercial complex, and provide a variable, flexible and universal considerable and playable art space. Around the site, there are various architectural styles. How to form the unique personality, eye-catching architectural image and perfect architectural function of the art complex is the challenge of this design.
