The architects used full-scale tests of vertical supports to achieve a 'house of cards' look where slabs and pillars appear interchangeble. The design breaks car trajectories to attract foot traffic.

The pillars were positioned with their large edges along the street and leaning at angles, evoking a deck of cards. The structure is all reinforced concrete, following traditional garage materials in a radical way.
