Design & Structure

Industrial style vertical marble and aluminum windows. The new phase will include sustainable materials for office and hotel build-outs.
Supported on concrete pilings. The original revolving restaurant sat on rubber tires and rotated every 90 minutes; this mechanism is being restored for the new rooftop bar.
