A small, sharp-edged Pei commission where Atlanta’s street grid suddenly learns to speak modernism.
Building in Georgia, United States.

Visitor Guide
Stand across Ponce (north sidewalk) so you can read the whole facade as one planar composition—up close it just feels like “office building.”
Across Ponce de Leon Ave on the opposite sidewalk, late afternoon when the sun rakes the facade for crisp shadow lines.
Typically a commercial/office interior—expect lobby-only access at best during business hours; exterior is the main event.
Early Pei-era discipline: proportion, crisp joints, and a controlled street presence—the kind of restraint that later makes the big gestures work.

Design & Structure
Mid-century corporate modern workflow: modular planning grid, strict elevation control, and construction-detail precision over formal spectacle.
Stone/metal-and-glass modernist palette; the point is the edge conditions—reveals, mullions, and planar continuity.
Conventional frame doing quiet work so the facade reads as a single, controlled surface.
