Design & Structure
Designed as a daylight-and-privacy balancing act: a controlled envelope with carefully tuned glazing, frit/pattern, and interior atrium lighting to maintain openness without turning the building into a fishbowl. Digital tools mainly serve envelope performance and detailing precision.
Pale stone and high-clarity glass create an architectural ‘quiet zone’ in the city; the material palette makes light the main ornament.
The engineering is about maintaining crispness—flatness, joints, and thermal movement control—so the building can read as a precise object rather than a collection of parts.
