Be the One – multifunctional complex in Ukraine, which is being built on the right bank of the capital - Kyiv. The creation of a new multifunctional complex is an objective necessity of social needs and urban conditions in the process of development of the modern real estate market in Kyiv. Especially in recent years, when the city's population has increased, the load on traffic and demand for housing and commercial premises has increased. Also, potential buyers have become more demanding on offers in the real estate market. For the most efficient and optimal use of the proposed site, we have done the analysis, which consists in the correct calculation of the set of components of the building, the maximum increase in efficiency and return back financial investment. Multifunctional double-glazed windows and ventilation systems with heat recovery will be installed in all building to save on heating and air conditioning. LED lamps with motion sensors will be installed for interior lighting of the building to save electricity. The "smart home" function will be available for installation in any apartment. This systems will control the temperature, lighting and operation of electrical devices only when they are needed. Also, there are video surveillance systems, alarm systems, access control and security posts at the main entrances to the office and residential parts of the building will be installed for the safety and comfort of residents and visitors of the complex. Therefore, the complex provides all the conditions for comfortable work and recreation in the urban space.
