This architectural masterpiece stands tall as a distinguished 24-storey structure with 4-basements along Outram Road, seamlessly integrating advanced cancer research labs and patient care units with a harmonious blend of functionality, aesthetics, and sustainability. At its core, NCCS embodies a Multidisciplinary and Integrated Model of Care, where its floor plan layout organized by disease modalities fosters collaboration, knowledge sharing, and immediate patient access to healthcare experts. This innovative approach ensures holistic and efficient healthcare delivery, positioning NCCS as a beacon of hope and healing within the medical community. Central to NCCS design philosophy are Biophilic Design Principles, which ingeniously intertwine nature with architecture to stimulate connections with the natural world.
