The Market

The Market Dubai restaurant was designed together with its sister restaurant; Huqqa Dubai. The Market is a meat restaurant where you can buy the ingredients separately. This concept was translated into our design at various levels. A wooden structure was built around the ceiling of the entire room to exhibit the products and to let spread them across the venue. This structural element not only visually creates a shell-like barrier and adds visual dynamism to the restaurant, but also functions in alliance with our concept. It is successfully put together to work with the layout of the restaurant including the furniture and the circulation, while becoming the main instrument in forming the space’s identity.
