Design & Structure
Constructed with 93,600 tons of structural steel (93% recycled). The design uses a split elevator core to create permeability at upper levels.
Bronze-clad steel and fluted travertine walls. The facade uses full-height triple-glazed insulating units with a custom high-performance coating.
The 'Tabletop' is formed by 25-foot-deep plate girders with steel plates up to 8 inches thick, transferring the tower's weight to fan-shaped perimeter columns.
