Visitor Guide
Look for the 7-story 'Loggia' atrium where fully-grown trees appear to float in midair between the facade and a secondary street wall.
The High Line at 19th Street. This elevated angle allows you to see the contrast between the high-tech glass curtain and the gritty black brick of the inner-facing walls.
Private residential tower. Lower levels contain a spa, gym, and 70-foot heated pool. Ground-floor restaurant dining patio is public.
Every window is angled between 2 and 5 degrees. This required unitized 'megapanels' up to 12 by 37 feet that were too heavy to overlap, making them independent anchors.

Design & Structure
Detailed by Front and China Architectural Engineering. The steel structure of the facade uses nonlinear load paths, making an aluminum system too unattractive for the interiors.
Colorless crystal glass 'pixilated' into megapanels. Interiors feature polished concrete ceilings and terrazzo or hardwood floors.
The steel frames, 3 inches wide but varying in depth, were laser-cut and painted silver to match the silver-anodized aluminum outer layer.
