Design & Structure
Rogers used factory-finished components and dry construction to allow for clear spans and open-plan flexibility. TheAPPROACH was inspired by Californian steel-frame houses.
Steel portal frame structure, prefabricated modules, and glass. Recent upgrades include en-suite wetrooms clad in solid HI-MACS surfaces.
Characterized by the then-radical use of fully glazed facades and a long-life steel portal frame that allowed for renewal of technology over time.
