FUTURE TALENTS SQUARE

"Furture talents square" is the first project integrating "talent" and "square" in China.Meanwhile , it's a key talent platform project led by Shenzhen government.The volumetric flow rate of the project is as high as 8.3, which is a comprehensive business community composed of three high-rise towers. It includes office，conference center, community center, community business and talent apartment. The project hopes to provide all kinds of talents with one-stop, diversified and whole chain industrial services. Under the demand of high-intensity development, the main topic of architects is how to vertically stack complex functions , create ecological and comfortable space . In the project, it is proposed to create a unique "sky talent square" in the high-density space. It combine the vertical sky garden and different levels of roof park to create a rich and diverse space experience, forming a blend of "vertical forest" and "talent block".
