Huanggang Port Area

The project is located in the Futian Free Trade Zone, West Wing, Shenfang Park, Shenzhen-Hong Kong Science and Technology Innovation Cooperation Zone, and is located inside the customs fence. The project consists of two blocks, B105-0042 on the west side and B105-0119 on the east side. The total area is about 26168 sqm. The land area of the west side plot (B105-0042) is 10832 sqm, and the land area of the east side plot (B105-0119) is 15336 sqm. In the future, we will build a Shenzhen-Hong Kong Smart Science and Technology Innovation Center that integrates technology research and development office, laboratory, and support services. The fourth to the scope of the project is the area enclosed by Honghua Road, Zijing Road, Huahua Road, and Taohua Road. The current situation of Ruixiang Road between the two plots is the passage to and from the customs fence of the Free Trade Zone. The north side of Ruixiang Road is the entrance and exit of the customs vehicles. In the long run, the inspection entrances and exits may migrate. The land used for this project is a new industrial land (M0), and the current land use is the temporary construction site of Metro Line 3. This project is the first demonstration project of Shenfang Park in Shenzhen-Hong Kong Innovation Cooperation Zone. It aims to build a comprehensive national science center and is committed to creating a deep-seated “Science and Technology R&D, Laboratory, Supporting Service, Communication and Integration” function. The Smart Science and Technology Innovation Center will create a demonstration space for the future glamour image display, public exchange sharing, and science and technology industry gathering in the cooperation zone. The total building area is about 156922 sqm, and the unconstrained building area is about 33078 sqm. The combined plot ratio of the two plots is 6.0. The main functions are 100422 sqm for research and development office, 46,000 sqm for the research laboratory, 5000 sqm for conference exchange exhibition center, 2000 sqm for commercial use, and 3500 sqm for public facilities (B500-0119, 3500 sqm for 110KV substation).
