The “one” shape of the podium forming the foundation, the “two vertical slices” of the tower forming the ying and yang, and the “three” volumes of the tower symbolizing the heaven, earth and man. landscaped staircase connects each podium levels and finishing in an exhibition space for cultural events, that blurs the boundaries between interior and exterior. Multiple sky gardens spread along the podium and tower, creating habitable spaces and multifunction and exhibition areas.
