Short Description: Defined by generosity of space and easy elegance, the soaring beamless ceiling design extending over 3.8 metres high creates a sense of openness and airy grandeur to the living spaces, pleasing the eye with an expanse of clear space above the head. With all windows thoughtfully oriented to safeguard residents’ privacy, welcoming a gentle stream of natural light to experience the changing canvas of nature from day to night. Each residence is graced with not one, but three private, secluded landscaped courtyards located on the ground floor, first floor, and rooftop. Studio PDP, handpicked by Orion Land for its contemporary design philosophy luxuriously enhances the flow and connection between spaces in an open, relaxed style; their visionary interiors seamlessly interweaving the indoor and outdoor realms, beckoning nature to become an integral part of the living experience. Illuminated by an abundance of natural light, the open plan layouts define comfortable living and dining spaces which effortlessly open up to landscaped gardens beyond, achieving an easy exchange between inside and out. Creating a serene, nurturing environment that permeates the entire home, landscape architects Atkins envisaged a series of landscaped courtyards for each home to create an oasis of calm in contrast to the energy and dynamism of Hong Kong, making every day an invitation to savor the relaxed spirit of SOLACE’s coastal lifestyle from the comfort of home. Lush, green, serene and private from day one, SOLACE’s landscape design balances aesthetics with the convenience of minimal upkeep, with elements of light, stone and softly cascading designer planting combining for a visual effect that improves with time. With bubbling water features and natural boulders placed among creeping climbers and lush arrangements of soft shrubs and succulent ferns punctuated by the height of mature, flowering trees, courtyards can be utilized as tactile living spaces, or enjoyed as organic artwork in their own right, from within the home.
