Computational Process

Based on a 'stack and blend' methodology, where the residential floor plate is merged with the office plate through a parametric twist.

Materiality

Triple-glazed glass; high-performance LED light strips; local natural stone in the lobby.

Structural Innovation

The transition from office to residential requires complex load transfers as the concrete core remains vertical while the facade steps back.
