The goal is to create a sales center using smart device technology that will revolutionize the domestic electric car market in Türkiye. The BORUSAN NEXT brand will bring together distinct concepts for second-hand sales and service, and it will interact with its users for the first time. Situated on one of Istanbul's busiest streets, BORUSAN NEXT is anticipated to entice guests inside with its avant-garde facade design and offer a once-in-a-lifetime experience. The new idea aims to unify various users, including sales, vehicle delivery, visitors, staff, and service customers, around a single concept and provide a consistent experience. This is achieved by integrating the architectural concept into all interior-exterior layouts and material selections. Areas like customer parking lots and service entrances are defined in the outdoor area of this first structure, where BORUSAN NEXT will meet its users for the first time in Türkiye. The indoor area is designed with areas like the lounge, vehicle display, sales consultants, service consultants, service manager, office, kitchen, rest, management offices, personnel areas, customer parking lots, vehicle stock areas, mechanical workshop, bodywork-paint workshops, vehicle washing areas, and technical volumes of all these areas. The architectural idea of BORUSAN NEXT unites the solution offering of all functions and offers a fresh viewpoint on the used car market. It is anticipated that BORUSAN NEXT's concept will inform the integration of all interactive experience areas and spaces designated for people and facility management contained in this architectural concept. The layout of main spaces and common areas has been influenced by the use of smart devices, which will define the overall experience. The concept's requirement for adaptable, dynamic, and user-experience-focused design techniques will guarantee that every space is taken into consideration. All possible organizational structures of the company will be referenced in the furnishings, materials, technology infrastructures, and design language that will be developed and standardized as part of the corporate brand to be used in the project.Thanks to the showroom that the new brand is building for the first time, it is intended to offer a fresh viewpoint on conventional showroom buildings with a traditional used car buying and servicing process with technological infrastructures and alternative solutions, while various user needs will be satisfied within the concept with new functions and space setups. The architectural corporate booklet's definition of materials for exterior and interior spaces will serve as a guide for new sites that will be opened in all other Turkish cities.
